After your order is processed you will received an email alerting you that your shipment has been processed and is on its way.

Top Reasons For Order Delays:

We do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days (please also allow the time it takes for delivery), with most all of all orders shipped and delivered on time. Some delays from time to time, however, may occur. Following is an explanation of reasons for possible delays to help customers to understand the order process and avoid delays. 1) Incorrect shipping address. USPS will return packages if they are unable to locate your address, which causes us to have to re-send. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and verify all billing and shipping information, and to take the time to review your order. You may send us an email confirmation of your information to speed up the shipping of your order.

2) Holiday Delays. USPS does not guarantee any delivery timeframes, especially during the winter holiday season. Make your gift purchases early and avoid the holiday rush!

3) Item not in stock. Items we are re-stocking will be placed on backorder. If we are not planning to re-stock we will contact you to advise and offer alternate colors or styles of your choice.

4) Orders placed during non-business hours. We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Orders placed during the evening, over the weekend, and on holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
